Abstract :
Production and saving energy and protecting the environment are key parameters in the world. We have a significant amount of recycled gases in the atmosphere to burn or to be sent to flares. A significant proportion sent to flare gases, compounds such as natural gas, ethylene, propylene, four sections carbon and hydrogen that are economically valuable. The rational use of energy in industry, is regarded as a necessity and refinery industry as one of the major consumers of energy and high cost of energy is spent. In further contrast to the industrial centers in the field of culture is taking to reform, large amounts of energy are wasted through Flaring if using the technology of power generation can be flaring gas refineries and electric energy produced in this way. In this way not only optimize energy consumption pattern, but also in power sector reform model will be produced. In this paper, using software to simulate Hysys and economic evaluation of power-generating units to 8.176 million cubic feet per day of gas stream flow has been assigned the result is the production of 35 megawatts of electricity.
