Abstract :
At present century due to the unique characteristics of nanoparticles, their applications have been expanded in various fields. Nowdays, the industry moves in such a way to minimize the energy consumption, space and cost of production. Process intensification technology (PI), based on smaller, cleaner, more energy efficient and above all, a convenient or easy technology. Given the benefits of process intensification techniques (PI), using it to synthesize nanoparticles can help to reduce costs, increase production efficiency and reduce production of pollutants at the end of the process. The purpose of this paper, is providing a brief review on the use of micro-reactors as a process intensification techniques (PI), which is used in the synthesis of nanoparticles.
