Abstract :
Nowadays One of the innovations in green chemistry is using supercritical extraction technique rather than using the traditional method of extraction with organic solvents that most of them are harmful to human health. Among various supercritical fluids used for extraction, supercritical CO2 (SCCO2) is the most widely used since it is nontoxic, non-flammable, and allows supercritical operation at low pressures and near room temperature. it is cheap and readily available. In addition it is suitable for extraction of valuable and thermo-sensitive substance, from plants for optimization of the process, we requires to favourable mathematical models for the conditions of process .in this article several new mathematical model with mass transfer mechanism and its parameters are investigated.
