Abstract :

Jurisprudential and legal issues and issues can only be answered correctly if their conceptual and affirmative origins are correctly known. One of the emerging topics is artificial intelligence, and in artificial intelligence as the imaginary origin of jurisprudence and its rights, the researcher defines the term artificial intelligence as one of the scientific components of jurisprudence and artificial intelligence law and specifies its limits and limitations. . Because with the precise clarification of the imaginary origin, the predicates of the rulings and the knowledge of the issues related to it will also be more precise. After the imaginary origin is determined, the turn will come to confirm the origin of artificial intelligence. In other words, we call the definition of artificial intelligence from the conceptual foundations and the set of theorems on which the problems of artificial intelligence knowledge are based. Artificial intelligence is composed of two words, intelligence and artificial, and artificial is described for intelligence. These two words in Latin and in the context of time, have gone through many developments until today it is applied to a special technology with this name, which has many jurisprudential and legal consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to examine this term as an imaginary origin in jurisprudence and law. The current research collects information in a library form and examines it in a descriptive-analytical form.
