Contextualization of adherence to appellations, generalities and the life of innocents in Islamic texts

Abstract :

The purpose of this research is to answer this basic question: Is it possible to determine their jurisprudence in recent and modern phenomena, through their applications, generalities, and the lives of the innocents? This research has been carried out by the method of descriptive-analytical research. The necessity of this question is that the tremendous developments of the contemporary world have created a series of new phenomena and behaviors, and it is always one of the challenges of Muslims to determine the legitimacy of these phenomena from religion and especially jurisprudence. On the other hand, the religion of Mobin Islam, especially the Shia ijtihad method, claims to respond to the needs of contemporary man and there is no dead end in this direction. The findings of this research indicate that in the invented issues to discover the Shari'a ruling, it is possible to refer to the generalities and applications included in the sayings of the innocents, peace be upon them, provided that the general or absolute reason has comprehensive jurisdiction over the issues in question, which is necessary. This is that, firstly, the preliminaries of wisdom are complete in their area, and secondly, there is a possibility that the Shariah had examples and cases of omissions at the time of issuing the narration. Of course, in referring to the Seerah of the Innocents, it should be noted that the Seerah, unlike the generalizations that are in verbal evidence, lacks words and is among the oral evidences, and in doubtful and modern cases and invented matters, whether the Seerah is valid in it or not. No, one should be satisfied with the history and this is nothing but the necessity of similarity (even similarity in conditions, consequences and effects) of the events of today and the time of Masoum.
