Mixed Model of Sustainable Development of Badminton based on Social Cohesion at the Elite Level of the Country

Abstract :

The aim of the research is to design a mixed model of badminton sports development based on social cohesion at the elite level of the country. According to the nature of the subject and research objectives, the method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and based on the data base theory and the Glaseri method. The research community consists of 18 sports elites and specialists, also in the quantitative section, 242 athletes, coaches, supervisors, managers of badminton were selected based on the total number method. The findings of the research of five indicators; The sense of community members' integration (0.643), friendly and affectionate relations (0.887), the amount of social relations (0.912) and group interactions based on shared and embodied values (0.948) has shown that all the coefficients The results obtained are positive and meaningful and the final model also has the necessary fit. Finally, it is suggested that the officials and staff of the Badminton Federation strengthen the social cohesion by increasing the communication channels and listening to the points of view and demands of the athletes and coaches.
