Survey of effective factors on quality of life in employees of Golestan province (mediated by the role of sports and physical activities)

Abstract :

AbstractIntroduction: Quality of life is a mental and multidimensional concept that has been considered by researchers in recent years.The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the quality of life in employees of Golestan province through the role of sports and physical activities. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose (type of research) and in terms of data collection method. Is a descriptive survey method. The statistical population of the employees of Golestan province is 6100, which using a simple random sampling method, 360 people were selected as a sample, a standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Findings: The research results were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that all factors (health and nutrition, cultural status, material quality, environmental quality, psychological well-being, quality of access to services) affect the quality of life of employees in Golestan province through the role of sports and physical activity.Conclusion: This study confirms the effect of physical activity on employees' quality of life. Therefore, it is suggested that this issue be considered in future studies.
