Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to examine the place of physical and mental health in the religion of Islam, and available sources and religious texts were used to collect information.As the most perfect divine religion, Islam has taken into consideration all the dimensions and angles of the universe and has listed the purpose of its creation as its evolution. Islam's attitude towards health draws our attention to the comprehensiveness and divinity of the Qur'an, supplications and traditions. Also, in a general view, human beings have two physical and psychological dimensions; Therefore, in this article, the focus was on examining these two dimensions from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadiths. The current research was developmental and the method of data collection was library.The conducted investigations showed that Islam is a health-oriented religion in which physical and mental health is considered as one of the important elements in human growth and excellence, and human societies in the light of its teachings and by observing Care instructions and actions can achieve their perfect health.
