Investigating the relationship between physical activity and women's social health in the post-corona era (Case study: Golestan province)

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of physical activity, to investigate the relationship between physical activity and women's social health in the post-corona era. According to the method of data collection, the research was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the research is all women over 18 years old in Golestan province. 384 people were randomly selected based on the table of Morgan and Edonski. In terms of physical activity evaluation, the research tool is the physical activity questionnaire taken from Chu's studies (2014). The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed, the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient and reported (α = 0.803). Social health was measured using a questionnaire developed by Keyes in 1998. In order to analyze the data, Spss 20 software was used. The results showed; The activity level of 57% of adult women in Golestan province is low. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between the level of physical activity and social health (P=0.783). According to the findings of this research, it can be said that promoting, strengthening and developing the physical activity of people in the society will lead to more social health and as a result a healthy and normal society.
