Abstract :
The aim of this study was to compare the level of physical activity, Body Mass Index and body Image satisfaction of adolescent girls before and after one year of coronary quarantine. The method of the present study is descriptive-comparative. The statistical population of the study included 800 adolescent female students aged 13 to 15 years in the city of Some’eh Sara. A statistical sample of 192 non-randomized methods was obtained. Two standard questionnaires “Physical activity of children and adolescents” and “Multidimensional body-self relationships” were used to collect data online. Data analysis including descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and paired t-test) were performed using SPSS-23 software. The findings of the present study showed that there is a significant difference between the mean level of physical activity of adolescent girls before coronary artery and one year after coronary artery quarantine (p=0.044), but between the mean Body Mass Index (p=0.073) and the average body image satisfaction before coronary artery and one year after coronary artery quarantine. No significance was observed (p=0.9). So, contrary to expectations, teenage girls maintained their weight and body image during the corona.
