Abstract :
The appearance of the Qarakhtais and their invasion of Trans-Nahr in the beginning of the 6th century AH can be considered as the first major invasion by the non-Muslims of the Central Asian plains towards the Islamic world The present research aims to answer this basic question by using the descriptive and analytical method, what were the most important approaches of the Qarakhatians in gaining political legitimacy in Transoxiana among Muslims? The findings of the research indicate that religious tolerance and resilience, giving freedom of worship to subordinate nations, paying attention to justice in dealing with the nations living in the region, not destroying and destroying the conquered territories and establishing a government based on partnership with the defeated people, maintaining the former rulers The components of gaining political legitimacy of the non-Muslim Garakhtais were among the Muslims across the Transoxiana.
