Abstract :
Qarmatian or Qaramteh is the name and title of a sect that branched out from the Ismaili religion and later disagreed with the Ismailis. This sect succeeded in forming a government in Bahrain in the third century AH and ruled the region for eighty years. The most important feature of this The movement in the program and its social organization led to the tendency of the lower classes of society, especially farmers and craftsmen, and finally to the creation of an organized society based on communal principles. The founder of this government is Abu Saeed Genawi, and after him is his son Abu Tahir. During the period of Abu Tahir, several attacks were carried out on some Muslim cities, one of which was the attack on Mecca and the massacre of pilgrims. . Some consider it to be influenced by the ideas of Plato and the neo-Platonists. It is taken from the thoughts of the followers of the Gnostic seekers, who were often around Iraq.
