Abstract :
Along with the emergence of free zones in the country, national , regional and local (rural) development. occurred and any of their activities will affect urban and rural settlements , despite the very suitable conditions and rules and the creation of capital security , is one of the most suitable areas for attracting foreign and domestic investment It has been in recent years and this has caused social, cultural, economic changes in the rural settlements around this region . The descriptive research method is an analytical one, which has been evaluated by distributing a researcher-made questionnaire in the villages around the Anzali Fz and field survey. The results of data analysis show that the existence of free and special economic zones has led to an increase in demand and income in warehousing , unloading , etc. It has also caused reverse migration and stabilization of the population to a very small extent Also nThe relationship between the amount of exports and investment in construction activities transportation , road development, etc and the relationship between the existence of a free zone and especially the economy with increasing employment in It was determined that there was a significant relationship based on Spearman 's correlation coefficient at the 95 % level . Among the improvement of service delivery _ And the existence of the free zone and especially the economy in Bandar Anzali city had a correlation of 99% . According to the hypothesis test and data analysis, although the free zones and especially the economy have played a role in the development of the region, the success achieved in this area is not very noticeable . 68.8 percent of people villagers and experts said that the role of these regions in the development of the middle region has been weak .
