Abstract :
Quality of urban life with various aspects of economic, social, cultural, political, environmental, and numerous other indicators. The evaluation of quality of life in urban management as a means of efficient policies and monitoring of significant importance for urban management decision making. The aim of this study was to assess quality of life in the city of Harsin is to enhance the quality of life of residents. In this regard the 10 indicators and 46 sub-indicators used overall, it also analytic study and survey method that utilizes statistical tests of mean responses, T one sample Pearson correlation coefficient was conducted in SPSS software. Data and information needed in two ways and library survey and sample collection is the 253 residents of the city of Harsin. The findings showed that the income index than the other indices is a difficult situation and the best situation is capable citizens Security Index. It also analyzes the relationship between the index of quality of life in the city of Harsin Pearson correlation coefficient showsو Except for the top 5/0 interrelated health and housing indicators, other variables Despite the significance of their interconnections strong connection between the inner self is not. So we can say that the greatest concern of residents on basic needs such as employment hope for the future, funding for basic services. In this regard the creation of the enabling environment for active, balanced and adequate distribution of services and facilities in the inner city officials and urban planners can be effective.
