Abstract :
Corresponding author: DR. Seyed Mohammad Hassan Momeni, Assistant Professor, Allameh Tabataba'i University, Tehran. Abstract there is no place for doubt about definitive statements. But the degree of its inviolability is the subject of discussion, and the territory of authenticity has been explored in the discovery certainty. Seyed Yazdi, in opposition to Sheikh Ansari and the famous usulites after him, in agreement with the Akhbari leaders and the Sahib of Fasul and Kashif al-Ghata and some others, did not accept the generality, (itlaaq), of the authority of certainty and considered certainty resulting from theoretical and rational premises to be rebuttable in Shari'i, and the authority He has included the termination as one of the pending rulings of the independent mind, compared to the complete rulings. This article, while analyzing and explaining the various aspects of Sayed's theory, in the position of judgment, although it did not agree with the tentative reading of the authority, but with the revelation of two forgotten points; One is the capacity of compounded ignorance in the certainty, and the other is the hijab of delaying the position of reality and self-knowledge, the principle of tolerance of the Shari'i prohibition of the certainty has been accepted.
