Abstract :
Due to the high use of pesticides for agricultural purposes, the presence of pesticides in surface waters of the northern provinces of Iran very common, which can adversely affect aquatic ecosystems, fish and put the human being as final consumer. So in current study acute toxicity of Abamectin and Pertilacholre poisons that are very common at the northern provinces of Iran were studied in 5-7 gr common carp for detection of LC50 at 96 hour. Experiment was static and based on the standard OECD conducted for 4 days and physicochemical parameters of water including pH, dissolved oxygen and temperature were measured, respectively, in suitable range 8.30 to 8.22 and 69%-67% and 17.9 to 17.7 respectively. Based on the results, acute toxicity of pesticides Abamectin and Pertilacholre for carps were 1.243 and 2.233 mg/l respectively and maximum allowable concentration MAC Value was calculated as 0.1243 and 0.2233 mg/l. according to the table to determine the toxicity of various pesticides, insecticides Abamectin and Pertilacholre is considered as moderate toxic for this fish.
