Impact of Transatlantic Relations on Nuclear Negotiations on Joe Biden Administration

Abstract :
Iran nuclear issue has been one of the main concerns for Iran and great powers in two decades. While the nuclear negotiations as a diplomatic instrument has been fallowed in different forms and ways, putted away in Trump administration. After victory of Joe Biden in presidential election in U.S., Iran’s nuclear negotiations have followed by 4+1 group. Although Iran’s nuclear negotiations has been influenced by many varies variable, in this article we have focused on transatlantic relations effect. According to this, the main question is: what is the effect of transatlantic relations on Iran’s nuclear negotiations in Biden administration? For answering to this question, we tried to do this research by combining method and library and documental methods and applying the theory of constructivism. The result of this article shows, when transatlantic relations turns on multilateral and integral form as we see in Biden administration, more probably the nuclear negotiations will led to revive of JCPOA.Transatlantic , constructivism , Nato , nuclear negotiations, Joe Biden, 4+1 group.
