Abstract :
Women's participation in employment has a long history, and the society needs a huge force of women for fertility and dynamism in the economic field.In the Holy Sharia of Islam, women's right to property and financial independence and the permission of women's social participation and their employment, in addition to the emphasis of this heavenly religion on maintaining the family system and removing economic responsibilities from the shoulders of women, in order to ensure personal, family and social happiness are essential It has been known.On the other hand, the issue of women's employment in the social arena, as one of the most important criteria for measuring a woman's status and position in society and securing her rights, has been emphasized and emphasized by Western systems and has become so prominent that in the West, the most important role A woman, who is a mother's role, has been made very insignificant and is considered as a second and secondary role.The results of this research indicate that the phenomenon of women's employment, in addition to the positive and negative effects and consequences, also has irreparable damages, in such a way that the most damage is directed at the family center and personality development and It has become emotional for children.According to the verses and traditions, as well as the Western perspective, in the field of women's employment, this research has investigated the employment of women in the field of economics from the perspective of Islam and the West with a descriptive-analytical approach.
