Relationship of Extrovert Introvert personalities Type and Social Support with Internet Addiction in High School

Abstract :

The purpose of current study was determinating relationship between personality's type (extraversion & interversion) and with internet addiction in high school's of 4 region Tabriz on 1388-89 school year. The methodology of research, was descriptive- correlation. The statistical population of study was all of high school student's in 4 region which 14500 persons. The sampling method was random. The number of statisitical sample was 183. Eyseng's questionnaire and young's Internet addiction questionnaire used in Data collection. The reliability of two questionnaires was /74and /77respectively. After Data analysis through of descriptive (mean, st. deviation…) and inferential statistics (person's coefficient, Independent t test). Results of this study showed a significant positive correlation between introversion and extroversion, internet addiction, and addiction, as well as a negative relationship between the Internet.
