Abstract :

This study examined the predicting of parent’s attachment style and parents education beliefs. The sample consisted of 136 girls and 117 boys that were selected from Karaj azad university students with their mothers by a access sample. To verify the hypotheses, The Attachment Styles Questionnaire (Fraley, Waller& Brennan), the narcissistic personality Questionnaire (NPI-40), the parents education beliefs, were used. The data were analyzed using descriptive and multiple regression methods. The results showed that insecure/anxiety attachment and parents education beliefs can significantly predict narcissist personality. Also was significantly positive related to the insecure/anxiety attachment and narcissist personality. Also was significantly positive related to the parental beliefs relating to effective development to punishment and rules with and Narcissistic personality characteristics on the based on narcissist personality. While was not significantly related to the parental beliefs relating to effective of genetic, environment and rew s.
