Analysis of the attitudes and behavior of employees and explain the atmosphere of organizational silence organizational (Case Study: mazandaran wood and paper industry)

Abstract :
Today, many organizations are rampant phenomenon as organizational silence in which employees offer their opinion and comments on the problems of refuse and, in many cases they are silent.The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between silence and the silence of organizational Mazandaran Wood and Paper Industries.The study population included 1400 production and technical personnel is the collection of which 159 based on Morgan table were sampled randomly.Data is collected through a questionnaire. Reliability as well as Cronbach's alpha was calculated to silence and conduct organizational silence 83/0. To analyze the statistical data and analysis of Spearman correlation test and multiple regression analysis is used. The results showed that the atmosphere of silence and organizational commitment on employee silence behavior There is a significant relationship. So that the attitude of top management and supervisors with the attitude of silence the behavior of staff and there is a positive correlation between communication opportunities and a strong organizational commitment to staff conduct strong negative correlation was observed silence.
