Abstract :
This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between job security and organizational citizenship's behavior of temporary and permanent staffs that is accomplished in Qazvin University of Medical Sciences. For this purpose, two variables, job security, and organizational citizenship behavior as default factors were considered. In today's competitive business environment, the major concern and movement of organizations shapes to survival and pervasive development. Therefore, critical issues and methods of performance evaluation, management and improvement, at the level of staffs and at the level of managers is one of the major and considerable topics. It seems that satisfaction with job security is one of the factors that have a direct and significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior. In order to provide comments through libraries and information centers, materials and resources needed were attempted to provide, and by using these data obtained from the study and practical and theoretical studies, a questionnaire was designed. The questionnaire was developed based on a Likert scale. The respondents included employees of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences and a random sample of size n = 120. Bivariate descriptive and correlational research methods and data analysis, both descriptive and inferential (And with the help of SPSS and AMOS) was used. The results indicated a significant correlation between job security and organizational citizenship behavior of Qazvin University of Medical Sciences.
