Abstract :

Energy and fuel crisis and magnified demands for fuel consumption caused varies challenges in the word. With19889 million liter annual consumption of gasoline, according to international reports, Iran is the tenth country in the word. In recent years, tremendous increases in fuel prices brought optimization and management of fuel consumption into the limelight. In this paper we are trying to maximize the capacity of filling stations and to elevate customer’s satisfaction through modeling these stations. Queue theory and simulation are instruments that we used in this research.
