Abstract :
In this research, the effect of organizational forgetting on the learning and acceptance of information technology in education in Tehran province has been investigated. The statistical population of this study is all the experts of the Education Organization of Tehran Province. Referring to the Karkxin Office, the number of experts is 493. The random sampling method is simple and using the Cochran formula, the sample size is 216 people. The method of this research is from the perspective of the applied purpose and the view of the survey data collection method. Also, the nature of the research is correlation. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire. Structural methods are used to analyze inferential data. The results of the research showed that objective organizational forgetting has a positive and significant effect on the adoption of information technology innovation and organizational learning. In addition, the research results showed that organizational forgetting has a negative and inverse effect on the acceptance of information technology innovation and organizational learning.
