Presenting the local model of sustainable tourism development management in Iran

Abstract :
One of the most important and effective factors in reducing dependence on oil and achieving economic dynamism and sustainable development of any country is tourism. The rapid growth of tourism in the world and its benefits have caused the special attention of governments and planners and have led to the formation of new policy methods in this field. The advanced countries of the world have realized the importance of tourism before other countries and have made extensive plans for its comprehensive growth. In many developing countries that do not have many economic resources, tourism can become the most important economic resource. The purpose of this research is to provide a local model of sustainable tourism development management in Iran. For this purpose, first by reviewing the research literature and research background, the theoretical framework of the research was developed. Based on this framework, the research conceptual model was presented and the research hypotheses were developed. In order to test the research hypotheses, the statistical population included managers and experts of the central headquarters of the Ministry of Tourism. In the form of available sampling, the questionnaires whose validity and reliability were confirmed were distributed among 90 people from the statistical sample, and due to the non-normality of the data distribution, partial least squares method and SmartPLS3 software were used for analysis.Based on the significant values related to the hypotheses, all six items were confirmed.The main proposal of the research is to create suitable advertisements for the sustainable development of tourism.
