Abstract :
One of the factors critical to the education system, commitment. Evidence suggests that job commitment and organizational commitment, in the organizations of labor is low, which reduces performance. The aim of this study was assessing the relationship trust with job commitment and organizational commitment in teachers public schools Nishapur . This study was a descriptive-survey that of 357 Nishapur public schools teachers . Finally, Data was analyzed by use of Path-Analyze through Lisrel software. The results showed that trust to management, trust to work team and organizational support has positive and significant relationship with job commitment. On the other hand the trust to work setting and trust to work team has positive and significant relationship with organizational commitment. As well job commitment has a direct effect on organizational commitment. managers can by Clear and visible support of staff , be increased of employees organizational and job commitment.
