The Effect of Strategic Human Resources Management Models on Empowerment of Employees of Iranian Public Organizations

Abstract :
The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of SHRM models on empowerment of employees Governmental Organizations of Iran. In this regard, after studying the theoretical foundations and research background, the conceptual and operational model of the research was determined. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was arranged in 19 questions. In the setting of questionnaires, the views of a number of academic and organizational experts were used. Cronbach's alpha test was used to measure the validity of the questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 50 people. The analysis of the data of the questionnaire with Excel software and FVIKOR method showed that the effect of each SHRM models on the empowerment of the employees of governmental organizations of Iran was 51% High- performance management model, 33% High- Commitment management model and 16% High- involvement management model. Also, the results showed that performance management, one of the dimensions of the high-performance management model, has the most impact on empowerment of employees.
