Abstract :

Despite the challenges in our relationships between both actors and U.S. pressure, the European Union has tried to expand its relationships due to relative advantage in areas of cooperation, and this research, based on descriptive-analytical method and library studies, answers the main question: What components are the factors that promote and what are the challenging factors for the relations between the two? It seems that: It seems that the European Union, due to negative U.S. propaganda and despite disagreements with Iran over issues such as human rights, nuclear issue and terrorism and arms war in the Middle East, also has common interests in the form of energy security and foreign investment.The geopolitical and geostrategic position of Iran and its impact on regional security is important and the EU is trying to deepen its relations with Iran and its influence. to increase the whole region
