Abstract :
During the contemporary political history of Iran, we see the role of many political men. Each of these nobles have adopted different strategies and policies to run the affairs of the country. Among these men, Qavam and Mossadegh, as two prominent and powerful figures, played a decisive role in the political fate of Iran during their prime ministership. The purpose of this research is to investigate the political and social situation of Iran in the governments of Mossadegh and Qavam. The question is whether the policies of the Mossadegh government and the Qawam al-Sultaneh government were different from each other. The research method is library and we reviewed the available information by extracting the vouchers. The findings show that the differences between Mossadegh and Qawam cannot be denied, but their similarities in basic political goals and beliefs, such as constitutionalism and non-institutional perception of politics and politics, are not lacking.
