Abstract :
Review:In this work, the solution was first prepared using physiological solution and insulin, then two monomers of vinyl pyrrolidone and vinyl sulfonic acid were produced at a temperature of 65% by free radical polymerization using AIBN as initiator and N and N methylene B. Acrylamide was used as the lattice agent and after 5 hours and 45 minutes, the desired cohydrogel was synthesized. (Amphiphilite hydrogel) was studied at different ion intensities and the maximum swelling was obtained and the swelling kinetics diagram was drawn.Hydrophilic hydrogels have a large capacity to absorb water. They have many applications, including the preparation of oral insulin for diabetics. If the amount of insulin in the body decreases, the body begins to break down its stored fat cells, which is very harmful. It is possible to use insulin to produce insulin orally and prevent it from being damaged in the stomach environment. Hydrogels can be a useful means of releasing drugs in the desired location. The biocompatibility of hydrogels is due to the presence of water in them [1]
