Il khani and Il-Bagi bad been two empostant and high positions of ruling tribes in Bakhtyari community. The ferst man in authority who led a tribe was Il-Khan (the chief tauin ) in absence of whom it was Il-Beg who acted as an assistant to the chieftain. The tribe union was officially onganized by the Bakhtyari community, daring the reign of the ghajar king, naserad – dinshah, when accosding to an asder by him. A man called Hossein ghali khan Duraki , was appointed as an il Khan at the head of the union . It was then that all the chieftarn in Bakht yari community began to compete one with anathes to attain the posetian , It was thin very competition the posetian it was thin very competition and the internal dieputes, the intrigues plotted internal dieputes, the interiguen plotted by the from autside, the central interiguen plotted by the king and the tribal chieftains caused changes in the two pasetions. But after the downfall of the ghajar dynasty and after the power had fallen in the hands of reza shah, they were cancelled, and these was established general cronesning department instead.
