Abstract :
Abstract After the renaissance and the successive political, scientific, economic, intellectual, cultural, etc. leaps in Europe, this process, of course, with a significant delay, inevitably opened its way to the surroundings and corners of the world. Russia because; First: the neighborhood with Europe, and secondly, the movement of educated people and businessmen, as well as the desire of some of its rulers for progress and development, finally got involved in the wave of western reforms. Tsar Peter the Great can be mentioned as the founder of fundamental reforms. The research method in this article is historical and the results of the research are in the form of library and data collection. The questions that are raised about where the process of modernization in Russia has been influenced and achieved? And who was the founder of this process seriously? We will delve into the answers to the main questions. We take these questions with assumptions indicating influence from Europe and consider Peter the Great as the founder of the modernization process in Russia. This research aims to take a quick look at the process and organization of changes and reforms in Russia in the 18th and 19th centuries, and explore its causes, motivations, and results. The findings of the research indicate that this country first encountered people's resistance to changes, and finally, educated people who returned from Farang and elites were able to bring about changes in culture, education, politics, industry, etc.
