Abstract :
Over the past two decades, the growing number of cities has been driven by the transformation of rural centers into small cities, including the effects of the accelerated urbanization process on the spatial and demographic structure of the country, one of the villages that has just joined the city jelly in the city of Maklvan in Gilan province. The city of Maklvan in May 2012 brought together the 2 villages of Maklavan and Maklvan above the center of the Sardar Forest district of Fomen city as the city of Makluan to the country divisions, which seems to be the mechanism of transforming rural areas into cities that are flexible to the interests of the people National and environmental zone. The path to the development of science-based environmental studies and scientific understanding of the environment, due to the potential, the environmental assessment and a comprehensive and rational use of the land is. this study intends to also express the natural characteristics of the study area and access to the conditions and characteristics, to determine the degree of importance of these factors and characteristics of the development process and ultimately determine the appropriate future development using multi criteria evaluation of pay. given that the main objective of this study was to analyze the environment in Miami for sustainable development, studies and efforts of the appropriate highway north of the road was known as the first priority
