Analysis of factors affecting the commercialization of private clubs in Iran

Abstract :
The current research was conducted with an in-depth study of the factors affecting the commercialization of private clubs in Iran. The current research is of a mixed type, in which the qualitative method is used to collect the variables in the real context through interviews, and then the required analyzes were done using the quantitative method. At the qualitative level, the grounded theory approach was used, and at the quantitative level, the analyzes were performed with the structural equation modeling method. Also, the statistical population in the quantitative part of the research included all employees, managers and shareholders of private sports clubs in Iran. The research tools included semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaires. In order to analyze the data, coding and structural equation method were used. Data analysis was done in SPSS and PLS software. The results of the qualitative part of the research are 15 components under the title of organizational attitudes, technical aspects, budgeting, financial support, value issues, human aspects, scientific procedures, professional behaviors, customer orientation, organizational structure, outsourcing, information aspects. , interdepartmental cooperation, media activities and fair distribution were identified. According to the results, the main categories in 3 sections of approaches, processes and results were identified. In general, commercialization in privatization clubs requires creating a suitable environment. Creating such an environment requires macroeconomic reforms, improving the legal and legal framework, strengthening the financial system, removing obstacles to competition, deregulation of the goods and services market.
