Abstract :

The research method is a qualitative case study and the participants are sports managers of the country. Using the purposeful sampling method and the theoretical saturation technique, key informants (including 17 people) were selected to identify the framework of the economic development model and were interviewed. The tool used to identify the factors of the political-legal interaction model of the organization sports and the Islamic Council, semi-structured interviews (with focus groups) and document study. . The paradigm model of this research was designed based on the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin. In this research, organizational ideology in sports, creating courage in managers, educational agents, creating informational capital in sports and developing resilience in sports that can affect the improvement of political-legal interactions of sports organizations and the Islamic Council as a category. related to the causal conditions were identified. Strengthening the mechanism of law enforcement, opportunism, improvement of visionary factors, meritocracy system, strategic knowledge, intangible assets and vigilance in monitoring are the main underlying factors. And the two categories of sanctioning conditions ruling the country and the neglect of the CIA structure C is considered as intervening categories in relation to globalization. Efforts towards the industrialization of sports, central law, political neutrality of effective behavior as a central category and in this research, human-centered architecture in sports, modernization of the country's sports body and mobilization of resources in sports are considered as the strategies of this research. .
