Abstract :
This study investigated the relationship of perfectionism, hardiness, happiness and mental health with academic performance of students in Islamic Azad university of Ahvaz. The study sample, included 140 students of Azad university Ahvaz when where category randomly style selected out of the all college of humanities students of this university. For data collection, this study made use of Ahvaz perfectionism scale (APS), Ahvaz Hardiness Inventory (AHI), oxford happiness Inventory (OHI), Najariyan and Davoodi mental health (SCL-25) and more over student's average was considered as criterion for getting a better picture of their education. The analysis of data which was contented with Pierson correlation and multiple regression. The results revealed significant relationship between perfectionism, hardiness, happiness and mental health with academic performance. Result also showed that there was a multiple relationship between hardiness, perfectionism, happiness and mental health with academic performance. The result also indicated that the mental health was a significant predictor for academic performance (the criterion variable).
