Using Multi-Criteria Assessment Methods to Select Contractors with Regard to the Research Phase

Abstract :
Currently, there is no standard procedure for the selection of contractors, research areas and often taste the selection is done, it cannot be coordinated approach in this regard, often after the contract becomes clear that the contractor is properly chosen, is not. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a model for decision-making in this area that the respective managers to assist in the selection of contractors. In fact, in this study, evaluation of knowledge providers such as universities, companies, and research centers studied Based and taking into account four criteria: 1. price 2. Delivery Time 4. 3. Quality of working experience and past performance as general criteria for selecting a contractor for research using fuzzy TOPSIS model to final supplier selection for the research we have discussed. Finally, a case study of 5 candidates and 4 decisions has been chosen to clarify the issue.
