Using “FUZZY VIKOR” Method to Select Suppliers in Agile Supply Chain (Case Study: Cosmetic Products)

Abstract :
In this research, we identified many criteria for readiness in the supply chain. Then with Utilization of fuzzy Delphi, ideas of experts about criteria gathered in 8 final criteria. Next step had been devoted to prioritization of five suppliers in a company of distribution of cosmetic products based on final criteria with fuzzy VIKOR. The following results were achieved upon analysis of the data gathered for the case: The second supplier achieved the highest degree. The application of the method which selects the evaluating factors according to their values and also their relationship with ranking the suppliers leads to the most realistic results.
