Abstract :
This study aims to identify and prioritize Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) risks associated with the transmission lines of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Gas Company. We employed a combination of meta-synthesis and fuzzy dimethyl methods for our analysis. In the qualitative phase, data were collected and analyzed using the seven-step Barso and Sandlowski method. The statistical population for this qualitative analysis included papers, research studies, and dissertations published between 2000 and 2021. A total of 26 relevant studies were selected through purposive sampling, adhering to specific inclusion criteria such as publication status (either printed or online), quality of results, and relevance to the specified timeframe. Exclusion criteria included a lack of sufficient information regarding the current research objectives, overlap between theses and extracted articles, and absence of a methodological model. Upon reviewing the documentation of these studies, we identified 627 open codes, categorized into three main criteria and eleven sub-criteria: safety, health, and environmental criteria. The validity of the research was assessed using Lavsh's values, which yielded a value of 0.81, a retest value of 0.78, and a reproducibility index of 0.81. The research model was developed using MAXQDA software version 2020. The findings indicated that the professional quality of human factors, physical and human injuries, and performance deficiencies related to equipment were identified as the highest priority risks, respectively.
