The research population was the Kurdish women, relying on objective evidence of the Kurdish women dressing in western Iran and at the same time observing the Kurdish women clothes living in Western countries through internet and virtual networks. In the present paper, the method of descriptive-analytical research was used and the data was collected from library, online and field observation with data gathering tools such as index cards and computers and finally the traditional Kurdish women's clothing of western Iran was compared with traditional Kurdish women's clothing in Non-Iranian societies. After identifying one of the main causes of the change in these traditional garments in other countries, the modified structure of Kurdish women's clothing was described and the reasons for maintaining original structure in western Iran was investigated. Finally, the results showed that traditional Kurdish women's clothing in the countries containing the ethnic population of these people, influenced by the cultural effects of globalization in the design of fashion and clothing, has a minimalistic (minimal) structure and the components and indications that are the main factor Identity to this garment has been simplified or lost, and in different parts of it, aesthetic values have been overcome by beliefs and functions. Meanwhile, the causes of the survival of this garment in its original structure in western Iran can be attributed to the efficient planning of the state in preserving ethnic identities, the persistence of the Iranian Kurds and their ethnic traditions, even the most superficial cultural expressions, and ultimately their own characteristics In line with the Islamic culture's clothing of Islamic culture.
