Abstract :
Livability and ecotourism is one of the recent and interesting approaches in modern urban approaches and is consistent with the principles of sustainable development, which can lead to economic, social and environmental development while preserving valuable garden and agricultural lands. The purpose of this research is to review one of the urban plans announced under the title "Najvan Special Plan", which was developed in order to preserve the valuable agricultural and horticultural lands of Isfahan city and prevent the deterioration of these lands. The research is analytical-descriptive and practical in terms of purpose. The content analysis method was used to analyze the data.At the beginning, the research has achieved specific metrics as a tool for measuring the quality of plan development by studying extensive documents about the mentioned approaches in both quantitative and qualitative ways. In the quantitative assessment, the report of "Najvan Special Plan" only mentions in each of the sections of recognition, analysis and proposal of criteria for scoring points, and in the qualitative assessment, in addition to the mention, its quality includes the degree of realism, detailing, and the ability to implement to obtain points for each criterion in question. is placed Scores are included in the Likert scale and Then, the weight of the data was calculated using Swara method. The results show that the final score of the project is 4.45 out of 5 in the quantitative method and 3.31 out of 5 in the qualitative method. This difference in weight indicates that although the plan has a good quality in terms of quantity, but in terms of the quality of compilation, it is evaluated as an average plan in terms of adaptability to the criteria of livability and ecotourism approach.
