Evaluation of the psychological well-being model based on emotional self-regulation, mindfulness and self-coherence with the role of psychological capital mediation.

Abstract :
The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of evaluating the psychological well-being model based on emotional self-regulation, mindfulness and self-coherence with the role of psychological capitals. Due to the investigation of the relationship between variables, this type of research is of the correlation type. The statistical population of this research is all the students of Azad University of Shiraz. Using Morgan's table and taking into account the dropout, the number of 310 people was estimated and they were selected by random cluster sampling. In this research, a standard questionnaire was used. It is designed based on a 5-point Likert scale. In order to analyze the data of the present research, structural equation method was used using SPSS and AMOS software. The variable dimensions of self-coherence, emotional self-regulation and mindfulness explain a total of 67% of the variance of the variable of the psychological well-being training package. In other words, the variables of self-cohesion, emotional self-regulation and mindfulness have a high level of explanatory power of the variable variance and the educational package of psychological well-being. Self-coherence with an effect value of 0.52, emotional self-regulation with an effect value of 0.42, and mindfulness with an effect value of 0.49 have an effect on the psychological well-being educational package, as well as psychological capital with an effect value of 0.39 on the psychological well-being educational package. is.
