Abstract :
The purpose of the present study is to answer this question: Are there any challenges or problems in the mechanism of treaties monitoring the implementation of human rights' documents? The research method is descriptive-analytic and the results indicated that there are some challenges and problems in the mechanism of institutions based on international treaties. It is not possible at all to replace national measures with international mechanisms for standard implementation of human rights. It should be executed in the national and local level because the mechanism of institutors relying on international treaties has some challenges and faults which require ongoing efforts to be solved. Therefore, the improvement of these institutions can be regarded as one of the most important strategies.
