Abstract :
Civil liability is one of the most important civil rights sectors Which has become more and more important in the age of history The special attention of scientists has attracted the attention of lawyers and lawyers in advanced countries It even tends to be an independent legal discipline The concept of civil responsibility is clear to the knowledge workers An important and affluent subject that is created as a result of encroachments and the confusion of rights among people of the community. And the legislator and manon have always been the subject of discussion and discussion among lawyers Non-contractual obligations to civil liability are in the general sense of a task that results from a legitimate or illegitimate act without a proper contract between them.
