Abstract :

Abstract :One of the high edict of Islam religious in social aspect is Jehad .maybe in first view the enemies emphasize that is Jehad is synonym of war that it was equal in the other country . But the question is where the Iemam is absent and the society was ruled by his deputy , what is the edict in this time ?Jehad in Islam against other country , contain many high goals . and always depend of despot of morality .Islamic Jehad has close relationship by peace and against of those people that say : Islam is the religion of sword . In fact Islam is peace .Among the teller of legitimation of begin of Jehad we can called the name of Halabi , Sallar , great ayatollah Khoee , and the great ayatollah khamenie the leader of Islamic revolution .The man who said Jehad is forbidden when the Imam is absent because the qualification is: present of Imam , maturation , intellect , permission of parents , health if body and etc… .
