In order to get out, they are considered as obstacles to the implementation of scholarly action and research teaching. According to the findings of the research, it is suggested that the practitioners of the education system, in order to effectively implement the research action, in addition to providing the infrastructure, conduct in-service courses with the presence of experienced professors from the country's top universities. Also, consider appropriate reinforcements for the performers of the research activity in the classrooms to create enough motivation for them to carry out this research activity.
