Identifying the effective factors in realization of fairness in authorities' Islamic lifestyle from the viewpoint of Qur'an

Abstract :
The aim of the present study is to identify the effective factors in realization of fairness in authorities' Islamic lifestyle from the viewpoint of Qur'an, religious hadiths, and its results and consequences. The study is a qualitative one using analytic-interpretative and documentation method. The research population consists of Qur'an and hadiths and the sample includes those verses and hadiths which directly or indirectly refer to fairness. Findings show that belief and faith in God, Surrender to the divine command and obedience to it, piety and self-purification, obedience to God's command and order, punishment and reward, non-corruption on earth, forgiveness, good treatment with others and Infaq (charity donations) are the causes of fairness from the viewpoint of Qur'an, while commitment to values, generosity, benevolence, modesty and decency and gentility are the most important factors in fairness based on hadiths. Five main categories are the main factors in realization of fairness in authorities' Islamic lifestyle, including theism, commitment to moral values, observance of social rights, egalitarianism and self-orientation.
