Characterization of A9 and L4(3) by order and irreducible character degrees

Abstract :
In this paper, we characterize two simple K4-groups, the alternating group A9 and L4(3) by less information of their character degrees, their orders and at most two irreducible character degrees . As a consequence, we show that A9 and L4(3) are uniquely determined by the structure of their complex group algebras.
