Abstract :
Abstract:The purpose of this research is to explain the pattern of effective criteria in the growth of production with an emphasis on creating value for shareholders in companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. In line with the purpose of the research, research information was collected from the financial statements of listed companies in the period of 2010-2020. Multivariate regression method with panel data was used for statistical analysis. The findings of the research model test show that the rate of return on assets, current ratio, company size, financial leverage, stock liquidity, CEO tenure, political connections have a significant effect on the added value of shareholders.
