Abstract :
An eight-year-old, female holstein cow, weighting 457 kg was presented with a 7.5×5×8 cmplaque on the surface of the vagina. The mass was removed surgically and Squamous CellCarcinoma (SCC). Immunohistochemically, positivity for AE1/AE3, CK5/6, CK8 and PCNArevealed that this tumor was originated from keratinocytes and high grade. ThereforeImmunohistochemistry can help the clinicians in Prognosis and Treatment of referred Cases.
